Issue: Search providers' favicons

Post by Toygun »

Hi all,

Some search providers' favicons do not appear. Is there a way to get favicons?

Hello Toygun,

Could you please tell me what version is your PDF Editor?

This information is available in the PDF Editor Help -> About menu.

Also, could you please tell me which of the search engines are missing their icons?

Hello, Toygun

Thank you for this report, I have reproduced this with Deepl, and passed the report along to our dev team. If you do have a more exhaustive list of providers we can try, we would appreciate having them on hand. You can send that via email to support@pdf-xchange.com (with a link to this forum post) and I will add it to the ticket which was made for this issue.

On that note this ticket was made, while internal only, you can mention this ticket number in any request to a member of our support team, and we can lookup the progress of this ticket for you.

RT#6473: Bug: Search provider icons not being pulled into editor.

Kind regards,

Hi, Toygun

I checked the ticket, raised the priority, and asked for a possible ETA. That is the best I can do from this side, ultimately it is at the discretion of the development team leader when it will be delivered.

Kind regards,
Paul - Tracker Supp
