I suppose you mean "how to set another ribbon as default ribbon instead of the Home-ribbon" ?
For as far as I know, it is not possible at this moment to set another ribbon as default, but ...
1) you can copy or move features from other ribbons into the Home-ribbon

2) you can de-activate the Home-ribbon and let another ribbon be the master-ribbon

Hi,
Yes, currently you cannot set a different startup Tab than the Home tab.
However, you can customize it by adding everything you need under the Home tab.
