Hello, DigitalLarry

Are you currently fully up to date and running version 9.5.367.0? If not, please update the software and try again.

Hello, DigitalLarry

Thank you for confirming, I cannot seem to reproduce this. Are you seeing this message inside if the login window that the Editor opens, or is this coming from your web browser after you use the send by mail option? also, I assume you are using the outlook webmail function, is that correct?
If not, please elaborate on exactly which functions you are using, step by step, so that we can try to follow your process.

Kind regards,

Hello, DigitalLarry

Okay, but are you seeing this error within our Editor, or does this not appear until after the web browser opens?

As before, I assume you are using the outlook webmail function, is that correct?
If not, please elaborate on exactly which functions you are using, step by step, so that we can try to follow your process.

I am using the webmail feature. I went ahead and signed in using my typed-in credentials and it worked. Just letting you know that I got an error message when trying to use the "Hello" feature in Windows.

Hello, DigitalLarry

Thank you for clarifying. I will ask the Dev team to look into this then. In the meantime, I am happy to hear that you do have a way around the issue.
