PDF Xchange Editor - Fillable forms

Hi,

My company has recently deployed PDF XChange editor and all going well so far.
One issue we have, and I cant seem to solve it, is that when a fillable PDF is sent to us, when we open in XChange Editor, it doesnt seem to recognise the fillable fields. Are we missing something here?
