The Replace Text and Insert Text features could be much easier to use. In Acrobat, one can simply highlight the text to replace and start typing. In this program, one needs to highlight the text, click the Replace Text button, squint at the screen to find the blue insert mark, double click, open the pop-up, and start typing. In this program, the feature is quite inefficient and could be improved. Thank you for considering.

welcome to the tracker forums. If you look to the preferences, under the "Comments" category, there is an option to automatically open popups:
If you select the tool prior to selecting text, you should see the same behaviour. You can just start typing in the popup.
