Text box tool in mandarin -always garbled.

Hi everybody,

Recently when i use PDF XChange Viewer function of [text box tool] in mandarin (tradtional chinese) but always garbled.
But when i type words at [typewriter tools] shows normal. Could anyone help me to solve this problem? thanks a lot.

Hello Jas211,

The Viewer has been discontinued for over 10 years now, as it was replaced by the PDF XChange Editor:

There have been virtually no updates to the Viewer over those last 10 years (and I think there were only 3-4 security related updates - the last one of which more than a couple years ago) - so we would stronly recommend you to consider moving over to the Editor, as there are no plans to fix anything in the Viewer at all at this point.

Thanks for your reply. really no idea that viewer has not been updated, it's quite a user-friendly one.
Now I'm using PDF XChange Editor as u suggested, and it all works well. Thank you.
