Shifting multiple existing bookmarks by a specified page offset.

I would like to request a feature that allows shifting multiple existing bookmarks by a specified page offset, like the HandyOutliner tool does.

Thanks, I also forgot to mention in addition to page offset, shifting by a fraction of a page offset.
