offset for bookmarks

Hi, how can I set a page offset for my bookmarks? If I use "Generate Bookmarks from Table of Contents" and set my page offset to i.e. 26 nothing changes. My working text starts with an offset of 26 pages but in the table of contents the pages starts with 1

If you have page labels in your document (e.g. i, ii , iii at the start and then page 1 of the document being say the 14th sheet of the document) - have you tried using this option in the Generate Bookmarks window:
