331 read out-loud "hashtag Ten" between lines

Hi,
I made PDF from text file using PDF-XChange Editor.
When reading the pdf there are many "And hashtag Ten" issued loud.
Is there a way to make sure Editor don't read such?
I Enclosed such pdf
If you select text from one paragraph to another the reader issued
"and hashtag Ten"
