Outlook Addin

Hello,
i have installed the windows 10-1903 Update and now in my outlook 2010 the outlook-addin was not loaded (is not a trusted certificate).
Word and Excel are OK.
Can you help me?

Hello Juergen,

Thank you for the report. Just to be certain, which version of outlook is running, and do you have the latest version of our software installed? (build 331)

After that, I presume from your post that enabling this option and then pressing OK has no effect, or does the addin work for a time after doing this?

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for your answer.
Outlook 2010 Version 14.0.7232.5000 (64-Bit) is running and the latest version of PDF-XChange (build 331) is installed.
In Windows 10 (1809) it was no problem.
When i enabling this option an press OK it has no effect.

Hello Juergen,

Thank you for checking that. Seeing this, everything should be in order; I have tested here, as well as verified with my collogues that their 2010 instances are not having issues after this windows update. Could I suggest that you try reinstalling our PDF-XChange Software, as it may be possible the association necessary for this to be "trusted" has changed during the update, or windows simply did not migrate it correctly.

Please let me know if the reinstall helps at all.

Hello Daniel,

Problem solved!!!

I have reinstall Outlook and PDF-XChange and it works again :D

I think,the problem was the Outlook-Profile during the Windows-Update to Version 1903).
