Hello.
I installed the EditorV6.x86.msi. Unfortunatelly, the Outlook plugin did not function.
I registered the XCShInfo.dll manuelly. But, still no function.
When I open the option and File Associations, - "Preview handler can not be set, because shell extensiuons have not be installed"
But I installed it.

Can you please check the installation of the Shell Extensions via:
- Control Panel > Programs and Features
- do a right mouse click on PDF-XChange Editor
- click "Change"
- click "Next"
- click "Change"
Now you should see a hard drive icon at "Shell Extensions".
If you should see a red cross then it means that the shell extensions have not been installed.
In case if the Shell Extensions are installed and it still does not work, then I should follow the steps in the following article:

It ws my fault. I installed the 32 Bit Software on an 64 Bit Client.
No wI installed it again with the normal exe Installer and I registered the DLL and now all seems t be ok.
