Can't Copy or Paste text boxes & objects

I'm unable to copy and paste items within a PDF. There are no security settings and the document is not an image. the PDF is text-only. I can copy text from the PDF and paste to a Word document, and copy text from a Word document and paste into a text box. However, I cannot copy or paste the text box. I can't copy lines or shapes. I reinstalled PDF-Xchange Editor, but this didn't fix the problem. suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the post - I suspect that you are attempting to copy base content, which has not been implemented yet. Can you please provide a small sample document and advise on the specific portion that cannot be copied?
