This is something of a mystery at the moment as i cannot figure out whats going on and wondering if there is anyone out there that can help.
A client is having issues with one user (citrix network) where the Default printer is not being changed to PDF-XChange. They have 3 users and for 2 of the users it works fine, but one of the users has had this problem for a while.
PDF-XChange 3.0 is present and it recognized when the app is ran, but it seems to fail on setting it to the default printer while the app is running...
Can anyone help with this issue at all?

V3 of our printing drivers is rather old, and we can't guarantee that we would be able to assist - but we will do what we can.
Are those 3 users identical or are they running in different environments (e.g. versions of windows or 32 vs 64 bit OS)?
And then - can we see the code you are trying to use to set our driver as the default at printing time?
