Fillable forms - some fields are blank

Hello Tracker,

Please take a look at the attached PDF. "Maxixum cost amount during the year" , "Cost amount at year end", "Gain (loss) on disposition" columns are all blank. Tested it in the latest build v2.5.309. When it's opened using Adobe, it shows all of the pre-field fields.

Thanks for that - I've managed to reproduce the issue and have created an internal Development ticket to help track the progress of the problem. The ticket number is RT-2714, so please reference this number when requesting updates to the status of the ticket.

Do please note though, that I cannot guarantee that a fix for this will be implemented in the Viewer, but should be implemented in the Editor.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards a fix for the issue.

we have this problem in PDF-XChange Viewer Pro SDK too. Our customers are really sad about this bug, because they can't see the existing data. They are confused about it, because the person who filled the form with Adobe Acrobat says that the form is filled correct...

Since I read that it "perhaps" will be fixed in PdF-XChange Editor (End-User) but not guaranteed in PDF-XChange Viewer (End-User):
When can we get a fixed version for our PDF-XChange Viewer Pro SDK since PDF-XChange Editor Pro SDK is not available?

I'm afraid that the ticket was created too recently for any update to be available, but I would suspect that, if possible, we will do our best to fix this for the next build. Please do be aware that I cannot currently guarantee this.

Hello Hans-Peter,

The problem reported was for the Editor only, and so was the fix.
Also the Viewer (and the AX) for it are only getting critical updates now (e.g. to resolve crashes). It's unlikely that forms related issues will be fixed for the Viewer - as due to it's architecture - changes to forms handling were quite complicated even when we were still developing it.
