Serial key not applying system-wide

Serial key not applying system-wide
We have PDF-XChange Editor (and the 2012 Lite printer) installed on a terminal server. Previously with PDF-XChange Viewer and it's serial it was applied to all users on the server. Now when I put in our current serial for Editor (which I just renewed), it just applies to my user account and nobody else on the server. It is doing this for both the Editor and the Lite driver. What do I need to do to make sure the serial key applies to all users?

I must be missing something regarding where this xcvault file is coming from. I also can't state 100% for sure if I used the /install or /execute switches before and after (I usually do, but I can't vouch 100% for this). I'm digging around trying to make heads and tails of what is posted in that thread.

Then if you've already installed - you can apply the license info silently by callingfor each user.

Actually, it looks like me just doing a repair after doing a "change user /install" seemed to fix it and apply to all users on the terminal server.
