I had a computer crash on me and was hoping to re-install PDF Xchange viewer back on to the new desktop. I originally purchased a PDF Xchange Viewer license but upgraded this year to add PDF tools. After looking at my account, I was confused about how to go about re-installing the software.
Do i download through the "Downloads" tab at the top? My license states that it is for PDF Tools, but I know (through upgrade) that it is for my Viewer as well. Is there anyway to tell exactly what is included in my license? Is there one download tool that I can enter my license in to get all of the software I'm eligible for? Thank you for your help? Just kidding, that wasn't a question. Thank you for making my favorite software!

Re: Reinstalling PDF Xchange
Hello SS,
Your License is indeed valid for both the PDF Tools, and the Viewer, and depending on whether or not you have valid maintenance on the Tools License - you might be eligible to get an update to that key so that it also works in the new Editor.
If you can e-mail us to support@pdf-xchange.com with your license key or order number we will assist further.
Please do NOT post any license keys or order numbers in these public forums.
Regards,
Stefan
