reinstalled PDF EXCHANGE on PARALLELS, licence missing

Hi
I've reinstalled PDF Exchange on my MAc running Parallels. PDF now runs in demo mode.
I need my registration key, how do I get that back?
My old compputer is crashed, I have my product ID and licensee name (obviously)
Can you help?

Thanks for the post and welcome to the forums - this can be done either logging into your account here:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/login

or by emailing support@pdf-xchange.com, where we can then send you an email that would include your serial key, installation instructions and download links, as well as your account information (if you don't already have it) so that you always have access to your serial key.
