Hi, the file I have attached is empty when opened in PRO. I have 2.5.207 installed.
If I open with Adobe reader instead, I can see and use everything.
Since our company has invested in PDF XChange PRO for everyone, I would like to know how we should handle this kind of PDF.
Doesn't PDF XChange PRO support it?
If so, shouldn't there be some kind of warning so I know I have to use Adobe reader instead?
Now, It's just an empty PDF, no indication that there is content at all.
Best
E.Berglund

Re: This file is empty when opened in PDF XChange PRO.
Hello E.Berglund,
This file has 3D content inside, and for the time being I am afraid that only Adobe's products are able to properly display such content. We are aware of this and will eventually work on adding support for such files in our Viewer, but this is a very complex task and for now we can't give any estimates as to when this could be available.
As for the warning - I will check with our devs what we could do in this respect.
Best,
Stefan

Thanks for your quick answer!
We will use Adobe reader for now when there's 3D content.
A warning that there is content the program is unable to display would be great though.
Best,
E.Berglund
