Under "My Account" it was no problem to change it...

According to your description you want to change the email address from your forum account (let me know if I'm wrong).
Please could you send us an email to support@pdf-xchange.com with your new email address? Also, include other contact information used for registration such as username, email, purchase order, etc. Please do NOT include that information here at the forum.

Hi Mr. Nice Guy,

As per our email, we are also unable to change your email - it says that the address is already in use, but upon searching the database for the address, it says it doesn't exist.

We have placed a ticket for this issue with our Web Developers, and ask for your patience and understand while we try to figure this out.

Also, do keep me updated as to how creating the new account goes, and whether it solves the issue!
