"Convert Web Forms" setting will not stay checked. Version 5

I don't think there is a version 5 area yet? If there is sorry for posting in version 4 area and please point me to the right place.

Environment:
Currently I'm running office 2007 and PDF XChange Pro version 5 (includes the MS office Addin).

Steps to recreate the problem:
Open word, goto "PDF-XChange 2012" tab, click "settings", click "word options" tab, click "convert web forms" check box, click "ok" button. Repeat the previous steps and you'll see the option is unchecked. This also appears to make it impossible to create PDF forms under version 5! Big problem for me!

If bug, do bug finders get maintenance plans extended as a reward?
