OCR Feature

I ran the OCR feature on a page I needed to extract text from. After it was run I tried to highlight the text to copy it into WordPerfect and a problem surfaced. The text layer does not seem to line up with the original graphic layer of the pdf. This causes a problem when trying to copy certain parts of the text.

I had tried it previously with a blueprint which measured 24" x 36" and the offset between the layers was way more exaggerated. See attached.

Hi Guys,

we won't see our OCR developer team member until next week I am afraid due to the holidays. One thing I did notice guebert is that if you OCR your document again and this time select to "Convert Page Content to Image only - Add Text as Layer" then the OCR result appears correctly positioned. I have attached your "re-OCR'd" document.

Arnold, can you conform this also works for you?

Does not seem to help and in addition it rotates the page 180 degrees. I have attached the page I used so it can be tested on your end.
