A blank page is inserted at the beginning of the PDF file.

Hi.
A blank page is inserted at the beginning of the generated PDF file, when the file '300-A600.xls' prints.
(Please see attached '300-A600.xls' and '300-A600.pdf')

Is it some problem in PDF XChange?

Environment:
MS-Excel
Excel 2000 SR1 / Excel 2007 / Excel 2007 SP1 / Excel 2007 SP2
PDF XChange Driver 4.0.186

Steps to generate '300-A600.pdf':
1. Set 'PDF XChange 4.0' as default printer.
2. Change print settings as follows
'Save' > 'Save Options'
'When File Exists' : Merge with Existing (Append To)
'Run Application After Printing' : Off
3. Open the file '300-A600.pdf' using MS-Excel.
(!!!Do not change Active sheet!!!)
4. Open Visual Basic Editor
5. Call the method 'ActiveWorkbook.PrintOut' from Immediate Window.
