Hello,
Broken hyperlinks in generated PDF file.
Version info: PDF-XChange Standard 9.5.368.0
Whenever we convert a Word document, which has hyperlinks, to PDF file, some of the links in the generated PDF are not working.
Case 1 (Link is working):
We have text https://www.google.com/ which is also has same hyperlink address as text (link to https://www.google.com/)
Case 2 (broken link):
We have text for example "Click Here" and it has hyperlink address (hidden address) (example link to https://www.youtube.com/), in this case the link is not working.
Case 3 (broken link):
We have text for example "https://www.google.com/" but the hyperlink of it points to other address for example "https://www.google.com/maps". if the link is clicked instead of
https://www.google.com/maps the https://www.google.com is opened.
Case 4 (broken link):
If the link starts with file:// (points to a file) instead of http://, the link is not working in generated PDF file.
So, except the case 1, other cases fail in generated PDF file. We would like to know if there is any solution to this issue.
Thank you for your consideration.

Hello, d_rasti
Thank you for the report, Is this an SDK product, or are you using the End user Standard printer? I ask because the SDK, where you have posted this question, does not have access to our Office or browser addins, that it sounds like you are using. I should also note that V9.5 is a few months out of date now, we are well into Version 10 and this point, and you will first want to update to confirm is the issues are resolved.
If you are using the SDK, can you please provide us any information or a sample of your application, so that we can investigate it on this end?
Kind regards,
