Is there a way to make a check box do the following:
1st click, marks it with an 'X'
2nd click, marks it with 'N/A'
3rd click, back to the default of blank
Thanks!

Re: Check Box... with three settings?
Hello msbask99,
No - checkboxes can only have two states - checked or unchecked. You might want to try e.g. Radio buttons.
Default state could be "blank" and then either checked or N/A will be active: Kind regards,
Stefan

Re: Check Box... with three settings?
Appreciate the response, but I don't have room to layout the three options using radio buttons. I need to be able to have it in the checkbox size area. Needs to show that something was done, something wasn't done, third option is that #3 is not applicable to this employee.Tracker Supp-Stefan wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2023 3:42 pm Hello msbask99,

Hi, msbask99
if it is the available room that is the issue, maybe change it to a drop down? At least that way it is one line on the form and can have 3 values. Radio buttons definitely cannot handle three states.
Would that work for you?
