If I generate a PDF file using the virtual printer PDF-XChange, I can use profiles with settings for the PDF. Is there something similar for print settings, if I print a PDF file using the PDF-XChange Editor? And if there is such feature, can I use it also in the PDF-XChange Core API SDK?

No, there are no printing settings presets in the Editor.
