I have a problem with my activation key.
After the correct phase of insertion and activation I can see this in the page of Licenses manager (see picture at following).
but after whatever modification of a PDF document, I can't save the document without the DEMO watermark.
How can I solve the problem?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: DEMO mode persistent
Hello TrudTilp,
Welcome to our Forum.
It seems that you used a feature that is not covered by your current license.
If the tool that generated this message was the OCR, please switch to the Default OCR tool and the problem will be resolved:

Re: DEMO mode persistent
That is very strange, because I have not used whatever type of special function. I have modified only a text field with the option of "multiple lines".
Do you have some other idea about my problem?

Re: DEMO mode persistent
Hello,
Most probably you only have a license for "PDF-XChange Editor", not for "PDF-XChange Editor Plus".
"PDF-XChange Editor Plus", offers a few additional features:
- Create fillable PDF forms
- Create/edit dynamic stamps
- Edit fillable PDF forms
- Enhanced OCR
- OCR generating editable output
(see comparison chart : https://www.pdf-xchange.com/pdf-xc ... ison-chart)
So, when you are talking about modifying the "Multi Line"-property for a text field, I guess it goes about a "form field", which needs a license for the "Plus" version of PDF-XChange Editor. Without a valid license, you will still be able to use the "Plus"-features but you will get a warning and publicity stamps.
Kind regards.

Good!
Very well... I bought this software only to at any modify at some documents with fillable forms. But one or two modification like character dimension and one or two text line.
Can I ask a refund in your opinion?

I see that the current pricing for "PDF-XChange Editor" is USD $56 and for "PDF-Xchange Editor Plus", USD $72.
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/produc ... or/pricing
If I were you, I would rather opt for an upgrade than for a refund. Maybe you can get a price reduction if it goes about a misunderstanding concerning the lacking features in your current version.
Kind regards.

Re: DEMO mode persistent
Hi, TrudTilp
Indeed I think Willy is correct, it is that you need the Plus license to manipulate form fields, yes.
As Willy suggested, you can upgrade for essentially the difference in price if you log into your account here: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/myaccount and look to the "Upgrade Options"
there is an offer to upgrade to Plus, for you today is is $16.27 The price includes calculating used maintenance and does change at time goes by, so I would concur with Willy and suggest the upgrade now is the most cost effective way of accessing Plus features.
I hope that helps.
Kind regards,
Paul - Tracker Supp
