Hand Rejection Problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

Currently, when I use a stylus to control the pencil tool in the software, the hand rejection function cannot prevent the scroll bar from being touched. Could this be solved in the future? Thank you.

Hello, lester1027

I cannot seem to reproduce this issue here, but palm rejection is not a feature of our own, we piggyback on the windows function for handling that. As such, if you are having trouble with this, my first suggestion would be to ensure that windows is fully updated and that you have restarted the Device since that update.
