I have improved the German translation for Strings.de-DE.xcl (Version 9.368; April 6, 2023) and added it as an attachment.

I have made the following changes:
- Spelling and grammar corrected
- Spelling of abbreviations corrected
- Consistent translation of individual words
- Ellipsis and colon usage corrected
- Upper/lower case
- Comma setting
