In the "Select Text" and "Edit" / "Text" modes, the text is copied to the clipboard differently

Hi Jensen Head,

I will ask the team about this. I do see that the Text Select Tool has two options for copying when the right click context menu is used, there is copy and Copy as Rich Text":

But when editing the text that option is not there. Not sure if it is related, or if that should be the same in both, but will ask.
