[Suggestion/question] flip vertical/horizontal bar

Is there a way to make what is the usual horizontal bar be the vertical bar, and for the sidebar (vertical) to then be placed horizontally?

A keyboard shortcut to flip the two would also have been nice.

Asking for this because I sometimes work with displays in landscape, and other times in portrait.

I am afraid not, but if windows itself is rotation (A-la tablet mode screen rotation) the Editor should also respect the screen rotation and move its toolbars to the appropriate area.
