Select text method: Select entire words SOLVED

Hello,

is there a way to use an "select entire word" text selection method?
What I mean: When selecting text, some software, like Microsoft Word, automatically selects whole word when you are not completely precise marking texts, while other, like notepad - and PDF-XChange Editor -, selects only exacly the letters you marked.

When highlighting text, it would be helpful is whole words were marked. When reading and highlighing a long text, I miss the exact letters about a hundret times and have to correct it - and you have to be more exact with the mouse which costs time.

Hi Tim,

if you are using the "Select Text" tool, then a double click on a word selects the entire word, a triple click the paragraph.

Also, double click + drag will constrain the selection to whole words, and triple click + drag whole paragraphs.
