Hello, I have a document that was sent to me as a sample and I see something in it that I should change. How can I make the change?
I want to move the "2" that is next to "Prophet" over to align with the other entries. How can I move it over?

Hello Jess,
Welcome to our Forum.
This looks like a scanned document to me ( made entirely out of images)!
May we have a copy of that document?
Regards.

Hello Jess,
Thanks for the sample files! Indeed these are scanned documents.
When I opened the first of the files - as 'content' in the file I see only one image (see the left part of my screenshot below), and you can even 'see through' the content that has been printed on the back side of that same page, as scanner lights are quite bright and this does happen at times with scanned images of printed pages: So you can try some of the advice here:

Kind regards,
Stefan

Thank you. If the scanned document were perfect. Is there a way with PDF-XChange to move the item over to the right on the page such that it lines up with the Column?

Hi Jess,
holders of a PDF-XChange Plus license have access to that "Enhanced OCR". It can make a text editable copy of your image based PDF, then that can be manipulated as you ask.
The settings I used for the EOCR:
After making it editable I just added some spaces before the 2:
I believe that is what you are looking for?
