Hello MedBooster,

You can open the "contents" pane of the file - and you will see the text layer added by the OCR process.
You can then remove that and do a new OCR (provided that you added text on top of the image and didn't remove the image pixes).
If you used "Fine Page Content" - I am afraid that there isn't really a way to "revert" the OCR process other than getting an earlier version of the source file from elsewhere.
