How do I enlarge an image?

I scanned a page that measures 6¼ inches by 9¼ inches. Before printing I want to enlarge the image to be a standard 8½ X 11 page. So I need to enlarge the image while keeping proportions, even if the final image is not exactly 8½ X 11. How do I do this?

Hi Lighthouse _foundation,

you should be able tyo do this using the "Resize" tool if you select to keep the origional document's aspect ratio:

after the operation it should go from 6.26 x 9.25 to a letter page:
