The issue reported below has been resolved in Ver 9.5 build 365.
I appreciate all the hard work and efforts of the support and development team.
==============================================================================
Hello all,
After selecting a comment, you can duplicate it by moving it while holding down the Ctrl key. At that time, a plus sign is shown on the mouse pointer until the duplication is completed, explicitly indicating to the user that the comment is being duplicated. However, I have found that there are two types of comments during duplication, one where mouse pointer with a plus sign appears (Type A) and one where mouse pointer with a plus sign does not appear (Type B). The difference is only in the appearance of the pointer, as both duplications themselves are done correctly. From a user interface point of view, it seems inconsistent.
Please see attached verification video for more details. The first half of the video shows the duplication of a Type A comment. The second half of the video shows the duplication of a Type B comment.
Mouse pointer with a plus sign is shown when duplicating with the following comment type:
- Line Tool
- Arrow Tool
- Rectangle Tool
- Oval Tool
Mouse pointer with a plus sign is not shown when duplicating with the following comment type:
- Polygon Line Tool
- Polygon Tool
- Cloud Tool
- Typewriter Tool
- Text Box Tool
- Callout Tool
- Pencil Tool
Thank you so much for your continued support.
Best regards,
rakunavi
