Customizing toolbars – ctrl + click and drag for duplication

You can hold ctrl and drag and drop individual shortcut buttons to duplicate them, but not whole groups, so consider this a suggestion to enable that. Ctrl+click and drag for whole groups

I understand that to implement drag and drop for it just as for individual shortcuts might be difficult,

An additional possibly more feasible suggestion would then be to allow for duplicating groups under "customize toolbars" –

as of now it seems that you are only able to delete and rearrange, not duplicate. Which is a shame, because there are certain combinations of shortcuts I need in multiple tabs. Would save a lot of time...

As a workaround, you can add tools into the dropdown below a combination tool, such as the "other tools" flyout, which is itself a toll "button" and can be duplicated with Ctrl+drag. This allows you to duplicate that one "tool" and retains the submenu organization below it. It would of course result in your custom tools being all within a single flyout menu, but it could mitigate the need to manually re-create the bars on all of your tabs.

I should also mention that most tools can be placed in the title bar as well, which is not toolbar dependent, and would let this handful of tools always be accessible in the exact same location, regardless of which toolbar you are looking at.

Obviously I am able to ctrl+ drag and drop to copy one shortcut after another, what I need is to be able to copy a whole group of shortcuts /icons, whatever you call them.

Wait, I'm confused. Maybe you could post some screenshot/video of it? I am sure I'm not the only one that could get some use from copying multiple shortcuts simultaneously

Hmm, that'll do it for now (thanks for the screen-recording)
but still please consider allowing it for groups either in the customize toolbar-menu or directly by dragging and dropping when is customization mode.

Because you'll still have to drag and drop just as many times with your methods,
but at least it can be from the same tab.

Also, you know what would be cool,
if you you could create that kind of expandable "hamburger" under any shortcut icon

As I mentioned Earlier, we do have a ticket for this so the Dev team certainly will be considering it when the time comes, These are simply workarounds to give you some ease of access in the meantime.

As for the expandable hamburger below any tool, that unfortunately would not be possible, the tools that have flyout menus below them are specifically designed with those features in mind.
