F2 for renaming in the comment styles palette

The title says it all
F2 does nothing, you have to click the rename button

There is no default binding for this option, but you can customize it just as you would any other tool. While the customize toolbars window is opened, right click on this tool to view its properties:

Then add a hotkey as desired:
