Feature request: Highlight tool in full screen mode

In full screen mode, the select text feature is supported but not the highlight tool. To highlight text, you have to select it, right click, then highlight. Would it be possible to support the Highlight tool directly? Thanks.

Please assign a keyboard shortcut to this too and it will work under fullscreen mode.
