I have Windows text scale at 125%.

I would suggest updating to the current version and trying again.

Perhaps because your key name has changed to mixed case, for some unknown reason?

I don't believe the key name settings are relevant to how this feature operates. In any case, it is working correctly on my machine using the current build and I would again advise you to update to the current build and try again.

We have a new build release on Monday.

You are eventually going to have to bite the bullet and update to the current version else you will never see any fixes to anything. As always it is your choice.
