Crop image ?
I know there is a crop page feature, but I was wondering if there is a "crop image" function feature anywhere. Meaning that you can paste a screenshot or whatever, and still be able to crop it even more inside the pdf editor. (PDF-exchange editor)

+1
Actually you need to move an image, do a page crop, move it back,... a quicker way like an image cropping tool would be cool.
Another point I've seen for a while within some PDF documents: two or more images are representated as a single image (or object), so when doing a crop, the remaining image is surrounded by a larger transparent area (the object selector is much bigger than the image content). So eventually splitting an image into two separate images would be also interesting.

Re: Crop image ?
Hi medbooster,
do you want the final cropped image to use the same space as the original? You should be able to "Edit Image" in place
I then just used MS Paint to crop out the text and it gives this result:
Does that help?

Re: Crop image ?
it would have been nice to have an inbuilt crop function for images, preferably one that allows for rotation as well (because in Word Office for example you are only able to crop horizontally and vertically, but you can't rotate the cropping

Re: Crop image ?
Hello, MedBooster
We have seen many requests for this, but as of right now it is not possible to perform image cropping within the Editor directly. It may be something we offer in the future, but it is not a priority at the moment.
(I should also note, I deleted your separate duplicate topic asking about this, to keep it all in once place)
Kind regards,
