On extracting pages and bookmarks

On extracting pages and bookmarks
When extracting some pages from a pdf document – I like the fact that the bookmarks are included too, what I don't like is how the bookmarks of the pages that are not included are also included. So would there be a way to include just the bookmarks of pages that are actually included?

Optional fixed small icon size in the toolbar
Shift to UNLOCK aspect ratio/i]
Allow more "toolbars" to the title bar

When using the Extract Pages menu - make sure that this option is selected:
