HI isankisan,
do you want to remove blank pages or remove white space from around existing content?
The easiest way to do the former is to select the blank pages in the Thumbnails Pane (CTRL+Click will add to your selection) then hit the delete key.
The latter is done using the "Crop Pages Tool" and selecting the option to remove the content and comments from outside of the crop box area:
