Is it possible to add a feature where we could paste text from other sources by drag the text and placing in the stick notes comments in XCHANGE?
Like we can do in Word and in this forum.
I think this way of copy and paste text could save clicks and be really efficient!
Thank you for the support!

Re: Paste text by drag and drop
Hello, igorlima
Thank you for the suggestion, To be honest, I am unsure how I personally didn't notice this, I copy content with that method quite frequently. In any case, I have created a formal feature request ticket for you here, though as usual, I cannot make a promise for implementation or any timeline.

Re: Paste text by drag and drop
Hello!
I was thinking about this feature and I thought about two other things regarding this that I don't know if it would be already adde d or if its not possible.
Besides pasting text in xchange by drag and drop, would it be possible to add in this FR a way to copy the text from the pdf opened in xchange by dragging the selection and dropping it in another text editor? It would be like doing the inverse process.
And another ideia, besides pasting the text in comments inside sticky notes, It would be nice if we could drop the text in a area of the pdf view and it would add automatically a text box from that text.
If the devs could take in consideration those things too, It would be really nice! I don't know if its possible to change the FR or it would need another FR for those, but I talked about this in this topic because its a really similar matter I think.
Thank you for the support!

Hello, igorlima
Thank you for the suggestions, I have added notes to the ticket for each, hopefully they can all be accepted, but as per usual, I cannot make any promises of such just yet.
