XChange makes an error when converting to PDF/A 1B
the stamp "Anlage: 1" with white background has black background after conversion.
The customer complains about this.
How can I avoid this?
PDF_with_stamp.pdf original file.
PDF_with_stamp_pdfa.pdf after conversion file.

Hello baumunk,
Your stamp is image based with transparent pixels where the 'white' part of it is. PDF/A 1B does not support transparency, and that's why the background is converted. Please save the file as e.g. PDF/A 3B - and your transparency should work (see attached): Kind regards,
