my name is Sebastian.
I was absolutely happy with pdf-xchange-editor plus until now. Somehow the OCR doesn't work anymore.
It says "no language installed". But I checked it and every language I use is installed.
So, could you please help me to fix the problem and make me happy with this programm again?

Can I ask you to please provide us with screenshots showing what you see in the "languages" dropdown menu currently if you try to open it? Following that, can you please show us what is present in the "add/remove" languages" menu here as well: Finally, after checking those locations, please open this folder/directory in the Windows file explorer:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Tracker Software\Common\ABBYY\Data\ExtendedDictionaries
And confirm for me if any files exist here, and most importantly, a screenshot of the "english" language files shown, like so: Kind regards,

I wanted to followup here as I just spoke with our Dev team, they have requested a remote session to try and help troubleshoot this directly. It seems we have had a few reports of this which end up accidentally resolved before we can identify the actual issue.
