Cannot convert to Excel

Cannot convert to Excel

Hi I have this pdf file that I am doing OCR and then convert to excel, but it does not work. Even when I manually copy + paste it does not recognize the characters as numbers. Is there a solution?

I have just tested this and had no issues with the conversion.

It could be that you are running an older build of the software, Please do check for updates, and ensure you are running 9.1.356.0, then try again.

If the update does not resolve the issue, please send me screenshots of your "help > about" window, the "OCR", and "Convert to Excel" dialogs, and finally a copy of the excel document that is generated with those settings on your side.
