Hi!
I have updated my PDF-Xchange editor to 9.0.
After the updated in Excel / VBA Developer / Tools / References the piroly used PDF-Xchage standard V6 type library has disappeared and so our Excel VBA macros are not running anymore. New libraries have appeared (PDF-Xchange priter type library), but still our macros are not running.
We were using expression like this for define PDF print jobs
PXCComLib6.CPXCControlEx
(now we get the message that this is non defined)
(as far as I can see in the manual of PDF-Xchange drives API actually the same syntax PXCComLib5.CPXCControlEx appears)
Befor the PDFXStd6.exe was installed on our computers, but actually I can not install it anymore as it says that on other version is already installed. We used the free version before as we used it very rare and a stamp always appeared on the created PDF files (we just have purchased the PDF-Xchange editor)
Any idea how to solve this issue?
Thanks a lot for your help
Cheers
Peter

Did you try to use PXCComLib7.CPXCControlEx ?

Hello Willy Van Nuffel,
Thanks! Indeed we had the discussion there, but our devs do not usually keep an eye on topics in the End user Editor forums.
Shall we consider this one closed Peter?
Kind regards,
Stefan
