Tried ist 8.0.341, still crashes.
To make it easier to reproduce to problem, since OCR only accepts PDFs, I attached the PDF generated with Core SDK.
Memory consumption raises to over 2GB, than the crash occurs.

Hm, tried it on another system with more physical RAM.
It looks like it crashes, when the physical RAM gets exhausted.

How about this problem ?
Could it be reproduced ?
What's the reason ?
Can it be fixed (the DLL should not crash, at least) ?

Hello uhonermann,

I managed to reproduce the issue with the end user Editor as well. When testing with build 339 as in your original post I got a "There is not enough memory to successfully finish this operation, with the options that have been selected." error message.

However - when I tested with build 352 (the current latest) of the end user product - the OCR worked correctly.

So can you please also try to update all the relevant dlls to build 352 and let us know if this issue is still happening for you?

Kind regards,
Stefan
