Set Default Focused Tab

Post by brody-xr3 »

Hi,

Among the tabs across the top, such as

Home, View, Comment, Tab...

the program quite logically opens with the

Home

tab focused.

I've created a Custom Tab where I've put most of the tools I use. Is there any way to define what tab is the focused tab? So that whenever I open a document, the Highlights tab I've created is the focused one?

I was able to drag it into the first position. But, couldn't see a way to set to be the default focus.

Sincerely,

BXR

Hello brody-xr3,

The Home tab will always be the default one. But you can customize the Home tab just as any other, so if you move your custom tools to it - you will have them shown by default.

Kind regards,

Some alternative solution at the end of the following topic:
https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=30470

Move your own ribbon to the first position and then deselect/hide the Home ribbon.

Best regards.

Thanks for the suggestion Willy!

@brody-xr3 - you now have two options to consider!
