Unable to Select Text

Dear all, I cannot select text in the attached document in which I was able to. I can select text in it with Chrome.

It seems like your PDF has a mix of contents.

The first page is a complete image, the following pages have some text on it, page 11 is full of hyperlinks.

To have a clear view on the content of your PDF, you can activate the "Content" pane, via View > (Other) Panes.
In that content pane, you can click the tiny white triangle before each page to open its' contents.
Everywhere you see the "Tt Text" indication, you should normally be able to select/edit the text.

To select text in your PDF, make sure to first click the "Select Text" icon in the toolbar or in the Home ribbon.
To select text behind hyperlinks, you must go into Edit > Text modus.

I found out that the text is placed inside a container, preventing me from selecting them.

Most probably this specific problem will have to be fixed by Tracker Software Development.

In other PDF-readers (like Adobe Acrobat Reader DC), selecting text in your sample PDF is working correctly.

At this moment, to be able to select text in your PDF with PDF-XChange Editor, you have to go into text edit mode.
